What are you doing with this gift called the gospel?

Estimated Reading Time: About 5 Minutes

We always need to remember that knowing the Lord is a gift. Not everyone knows the Lord. Many are called, only a few were chosen. To be a Christian as you are, is a gift. The question is, what are you doing with the knowledge that you have now gained? I remember the days prior to starting this blog, I was a Christian who just read my Bible, and that for me at the time was enough. Thankfully, I ran into a tweet from a God-fearing young man who mentioned that all Christians need to spread the gospel. I opened this blog in part to fulfill that obligation. Nobody knows tomorrow, and the gospel that you know might be what someone somewhere needs to hear, what would help them to have faith and hold on. Do not be quiet about the gospel, spread the gospel. It is a gift, and not one to be hidden. People might laugh at you, they might tell you that God does not exist, but you know in your heart that what you are saying is valid. Remember when Jesus was crucified, he said “Father forgive them for they know not what they do”. People can be ignorant and unwilling to learn about the Lord, but for those who want to learn, you should be the flagbearer.

(Father, I pray in the name of Jesus, that everyone reading this post right now would gain an understanding on what you want them to do for your kingdom. I pray that you lead them to be a useful part of the progress of this religion, In Jesus name, Amen).
