Lucky or Blessed?

Is it okay for a Christian to say that they got lucky? I understand that the term “lucky” is a popular saying. However, luck means something that happened by chance, and it is usually used in reference to good things. However the Bible says that all good things come from the Lord.

The Bible says in Psalm 16:2 “I said to the LORD, “You are my Master! Every good thing I have comes from you.”

Personally, I do not believe that a Christian who is experiencing a good thing is merely lucky, I believe that they are Blessed. Brethren, let us remember our blessings at all times, and remember to thank God for all the good things in our lives.
