The Bible says that In the beginning, the Lord made the heavens and the earth. The Bible always speaks of heaven in plural. Now while I could be mistaken, I think the highest heaven is called the third heaven, because it is the highest one mentioned in the Bible, you can find this in 2 Corinthians Chapter 12 verse 2.
2 Corinthians Chapter 12 verse 2: ” I know a man in Christ who fourteen years ago—whether in the body I do not know, or whether out of the body I do not know, God knows—such a one was caught up to the third heaven.”

But the earth He has given to the children of men.

Over to you, how many heavens did you find are mentioned in the Bible?

Thank you for responding. Do you know if there are more than 3? I was only able to find scripture that speaks of the third heaven, so I think it is highest. What do you think?
