Did You Know That The Devil Is A Spirit?

I am sure that many of us are familiar with the fact that God is a spirit. 

John 4:24 says “For God is Spirit, so those who worship him must worship in spirit and in truth.”

Interestingly enough 

Ephesians 2:2 Says “You used to live in sin, just like the rest of the world, obeying the devil—the commander of the powers in the unseen world. He is the spirit at work in the hearts of those who refuse to obey God”.

Pick up the part where the scripture says that the devil is a spirit. 

It is all a mimicking and a camouflage of the light. Let us not forget that the devil copies God. 

Isaiah 14:12-14 says “How you are fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! How you are cut down to the ground, You who weakened the nations! For you have said in your heart: ‘I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God; I will also sit on the mount of the congregation On the farthest sides of the north; I will ascend above the heights of the clouds, I will be like the Most High.”

Brethren, It goes without saying, it is important to test the spirits. 

(Father, I pray that you give your children, the body of Christ, the spirit of discernment, and the wielding power to distinguish the light from the darkness, in Jesus Mighty Name I pray, Amen).
