I hope this message meets you well.
Today I want to talk about the “all-in” Christian. The “All-In” Christian is the Christian that has complete faith in God. A Christian who believes in the impossible, because for humans it is impossible but for God it isn’t. A Christian without a doubt about the power of God and how incredible God truly is. A Christian who believes in everything the bible speaks of, they believe it is possible to heal the sick, raise the dead, cast out demons, and live fiercely for God. These Christians are often told that they are weird, because these days people want to pick and choose what part of Christianity they choose to accept. Christianity keeps being narrowed to fit the ideals of the secular world. Once upon a time, people spoke openly about the spiritual world and the reality of angels, demons, and supernatural forces. These days, these Christians are often welcomed with a series of scientific theories on why God does not exist. The world has become far from God, but we need to make sure that the Church does not become that way too. We need to be ready to get deep with God. God has a lot of depth and there is so much to learn. Abraham was an all-in Christian because he was willing to give everything up for God, even if it meant his beloved son. Esther was an all-in Christian because she was willing to be martyred to save her people and she believed that God would help her and had made her a queen for such a time as that. These are just a few examples of the many all-in Christians that we see in the word of God. Being an all-in Christian is not easy, many Christians surrender only part of their life to God, but not the other parts. Some people go to church but are not willing to give up smoking weed. Some people sing in church but are not willing to believe that fallen angels are real. About being hot for God, the Bible speaks on this in the book of Revelations.
Revelations 3:14-19 says
14 “To the angel of the church in Laodicea write:
These are the words of the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the ruler of God’s creation. 15 I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish you were either one or the other! 16 So, because you are lukewarm—neither hot nor cold—I am about to spit you out of my mouth. 17 You say, ‘I am rich; I have acquired wealth and do not need a thing.’ But you do not realize that you are wretched, pitiful, poor, blind and naked. 18 I counsel you to buy from me gold refined in the fire, so you can become rich; and white clothes to wear, so you can cover your shameful nakedness; and salve to put on your eyes, so you can see.
19 Those whom I love I rebuke and discipline. So be earnest and repent.
So, brethren, let us strive to be hot for God and disregard anyone that says being an “all-in” Christian is not cool. We are not here to be cool, we are here to be chosen.
